Storytelling is Mankind’s oldest art form; I, Pippin Ragtongue bring it to life for the modern age through drama, costumes, puppets and the music of my flutes and drums. I evoke the lost art that lies behind the entertainments of our age; televison film, drama, poetry and the printed book. My storytelling draws on the deepest roots of tradition to re-fuel the imaginations of today. Stories are a diverse medium that can educate as well as inspire. Storytelling is great entertainment for people of all ages, tastes and cultures but and it is also a powerful tool that can be used to unearth and explore issues of modern day life. |
